As part of the marketing team, you will work closely with our Marketing Manager to oversee our communications, implement marketing strategies, and provide ongoing support to our sales team. Some of your day-to-day tasks will include:conduct constant market researchcreate content for our websites and make updates (WordPress)manage our Social Media calendar (mostly LinkedIn)organize events and ensure smooth operations during trade showsget involved in the design, content, and printing of our sales materials, including brochures, flyers, and promotional itemsmanage our newsletteroversee and guide our collaborators, including branding agencies, performance agencies, developers, and designerscommunicate with the marketing departments of our suppliersprepare regular marketing reports and track results (campaigns, events, budget)provide marketing support to the sales team (presentations, product materials, sales collateral)monitor and maintain brand consistency across all materials and channelstrack marketing budget and expensesQualifications5+ years experience in Marketing / Communication / PRexcellent communication skills, Romanian and Englishability to work independently and as part of a teamability to use AI tools in order to make work more efficientexperience in B2B communication is a plusbachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field is a plus.
