Tasks
- Prepare and adapt communication materials for alumni, internal, B2C, and B2B audiences (RO),
- Coordinate social media activity across all platforms based on the monthly content plan (RO), including stories, short videos, LinkedIn posts, employer branding content, reposts, and comment management
- Coordinate the TikTok team in Romania (script alignment and filming organization)
- Support internal and external event communication, registrations, attendee follow-up, and on-site coordination for Romanian events
- Assist with event planning, venue sourcing, quote requests, logistics, and vendor communication
- Prepare and update the Romanian conference calendar and landing page content (text and visual coordination)
- Collaborate with the graphic designer and coordinate creative materials (banners, roll-ups, invitations, visuals)
- Research and coordinate onboarding and partner gifts, ensuring branding consistency
- Participate in monthly strategic planning and weekly operational meetings with the Marketing Manager
Expectations
Core Competencies Required
• Confident English proficiency (spoken and written) – daily communication, content creation, and coordination will rely heavily on English.
• Strong knowledge of social media platforms (LinkedIn, Instagram, TikTok, Facebook) – both from a content and analytics perspective.
• Creative mindset – ability to generate ideas, identify visual opportunities, and adapt content to different audiences.
• Strong copywriting skills – writing clear, engaging, and brand-aligned content in English and Romanian.
• Confident use of Meta Business Suite – scheduling, analytics, and campaign coordination.
Additional Competencies:
• Content localization skills – adapting HU-origin content to the Romanian market tone, style, and context.
• Basic understanding of employer branding and B2B communication – since the role supports recruitment marketing, internal communication, and business-focused content.
• Project and stakeholder management abilities – coordinating freelance partners (graphic designers, web designers, photographers, etc.)
• Strong attention to detail – especially important for translations, creative approvals, and brand consistency.
• Proactive and solution-oriented attitude – the role requires anticipating needs, managing deadlines, and driving tasks autonomously.
Advantages
• French and/or Hungarian language skills are an advantage – helpful for content adaptation and regional communication
Employer's offer
- Salary: 3000 ron net
