Your responsibilities
- Manage and optimize our social media channels, including Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, company website, and other digital marketing platforms.
- Plan, create, and execute marketing campaigns focused on attracting new professional truck drivers.
- Write compelling advertising copy and marketing content.
- Develop fresh ideas to strengthen our employer brand and increase brand awareness.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and identify new marketing opportunities.
- Create engaging social media posts, stories, videos, and other promotional content.
- Organize photo shoots and video productions.
- Collaborate with content creators, photographers, videographers, and influencers.
- Analyze campaign performance and continuously improve marketing effectiveness.
