Job Description

We are inviting applications for the role of Marketing Campaign Specialist. We are seeking an analytical and results-driven professional who is comfortable working with multiple stakeholders, managing complex marketing operations, and translating campaign performance data into actionable business insights.

Key Responsibilities

• Translate customer needs into innovative marketing campaigns using multiple channels and tactics, including content creation, email marketing, social media campaigns, virtual events, and trade show experiences.
• Own the end-to-end content development process, including agency briefing, content review, compliance checks, approvals, and content archiving.
• Manage website development and maintenance activities in collaboration with internal and external agencies, including new page creation, content updates, monitoring, reporting, and optimization.
• Work closely with marketing agencies to design and develop campaign content and promotional materials.
• Ensure adherence to customer brand guidelines across all marketing content and campaigns.
• Manage project deliverables by organizing meetings, tracking progress, coordinating activities, and preparing project status reports.
• Lead and mentor a team of marketing communication specialists and SEO experts.
• Handle a high volume of requests while maintaining exceptional quality and attention to detail.

Required Qualifications & Experience

• Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal, with strong problem-solving abilities.
• Bachelor's degree (BA/BS) or equivalent professional experience.
• Minimum of 3+ years of recent experience in tactical and strategic digital marketing, preferably within a B2B environment.
• Strong marketing expertise with proven hands-on experience.
• Demonstrated project management experience and organizational skills.
• High attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
• Experience working with digital marketing platforms, tools, and processes.
• Comfortable working in multicultural and international environments.
• Strong understanding of workflow processes and systems to improve marketing and sales productivity.
• Experience in stakeholder management and global campaign execution, ideally within an agency-style environment.
• Ability to collaborate effectively across departments and regions while helping eliminate communication silos.
• Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills.

• Ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders at all organizational levels with professionalism, diplomacy, and tact.
• Experience working in a B2B marketing environment.
