Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Cluj-Napoca for a Sales Marketing Manager at Allinox Innovation Srl. The Sales Marketing Manager will be responsible for:

Develop and implement international marketing strategies.

-Coordinate branding, promotion, and lead generation campaigns.

-Conduct market analysis and identify trends to create competitive strategies.

-Collaborate with the product development and management teams to achieve company objectives.

-Design and execute digital marketing campaigns, including SEO, PPC, social media, and email marketing.

-Identify and engage with new potential customers.

-Communicate effectively with customers, understanding their desires and needs.

-Present the unique advantages of our customized products to customers.

Note: This position requires physical presence at the company headquarters. Remote work is not an option.︀️︌︀︃︄︌︀​︂︆︄︆​︁︁︎︌​︈︂︇︍​︈︆︅️︊︄︈︌︊︎︂︎

We are seeking a dedicated, punctual, and detail-oriented individual with strong communication skills who thrives in a dynamic work environment.

Requirements:

Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs

Experience with graphic design tools such as Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, or Canva

Knowledge of Google Analytics or other web analysis tools is a plus
