Role Description

We are seeking a part-time, (with the goal to become full time in 6 months) remote Marketing Specialist Manager to lead and implement innovative marketing strategies for eCommerce and lead generation clients and brands.


The role involves planning, executing, and optimizing marketing campaigns, managing project timelines, and clients to deliver high-quality, impact and results.


Responsibilities include analyzing marketing performance metrics, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and leading content initiatives tailored for brand success.


Responsibilities -


  • Act as the bridge between the founder, clients, and internal marketing team
  • Support the founder directly by taking ownership of day-to-day marketing project execution


Manage communication between:

  • Clients
  • Google Ads specialists
  • E-commerce team members
  • Designers, and other contractors
  • Translate client goals and feedback into clear, actionable tasks for the team


Ensure all team members have:

  • Clear instructions
  • Deadlines
  • Assets and information needed to execute
  • Track project timelines, deliverables, and priorities across:
  • Home service marketing accounts
  • E-commerce clients


Manage client-facing communication, including:

  • Updates
  • Follow-ups
  • Clarifying questions
  • Setting expectations around timelines and deliverables
  • Help manage e-commerce client execution, including:
  • Coordinating campaigns
  • Supporting launch timelines
  • Ensuring tasks are completed correctly and on schedule
  • Monitor progress on active projects and proactively flag issues, delays, or blockers
  • Keep internal systems, task boards, and documentation organized and up to date


Assist with:

  • Campaign launches
  • Ongoing optimizations
  • Execution follow-through
  • Reduce the founder’s involvement in operational details by owning execution oversight
  • Ensure nothing falls through the cracks between strategy, execution, and delivery
