About the Role

We are looking for a creative, organised, and results-oriented Marketing Specialist to join our team for a full-time job, on-site. The ideal candidate has experience in educational or service-based marketing, understands how to build and maintain a strong brand presence, and can coordinate digital campaigns that generate engagement and leads.

This role requires both strategic thinking and hands-on execution across digital communication channels, website content, branding initiatives, and lead generation campaigns.

Main Responsibilities

• Develop and implement marketing campaigns aligned with the institution’s objectives and brand positioning
• Manage and optimise digital marketing campaigns across social media, Google platforms, and other relevant communication channels to support lead generation, admissions, and enrollment objectives
• Create and coordinate content for both digital and print communication materials, ensuring consistency in messaging, tone of voice, and visual identity
• Coordinate the development, production, and timely delivery of promotional and informational materials such as brochures, flyers, leaflets, presentations, banners, and other branded assets, in collaboration with external suppliers and partners
• Support school events, promotional initiatives, and communication projects through effective marketing coordination and execution
• Ensure brand consistency across all communication and marketing materials
• Monitor campaign performance, analyse results, and prepare reports with insights and recommendations
• Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to ensure smooth campaign execution and communication activities

Requirements

• 2–3 years of experience in a similar marketing role
• Good understanding of branding, digital marketing, and communication strategies
• Experience with digital campaigns, lead generation activities, and website content management (WordPress platform)
• Strong copywriting and communication skills
• Advanced English language skills (written and spoken)
• Excellent Romanian language and grammar skills are mandatory
• Good organisational and project management skills
• Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and common digital marketing tools/platforms

Nice to Have

• Experience in the education sector
• Familiarity with Meta Ads, Google Ads, Google Analytics, or CRM platforms
• Basic understanding of SEO principles and content optimisation
