Join an organization that ensures a more secure world through connecting and protecting our customers with inventive electrical solutions.What You Will Experience In This PositionIn this position, you will play a key role in driving ROI-oriented marketing activities to support growth objectives and be responsible for the execution of nVent’s digital media strategy for the Systems Protection segment by:Contributes to shaping future AI and digital initiatives in the areas of search, content discovery, guided selling and generative experiences Drives the SEO, AEO and GEO strategy within Systems Protection, in close collaboration with Enterprise leaders. Identifies and drives new concepts for improving digital product findability on websites, search engines, AI platforms and the continuous improvement of the customer experience. Responsible for Systems Protection analytics along the full digital customer journey Analyzes search, web and user data to derive optimization measures and business recommendations. Works closely with product management, sales and marketing to identify business requirements and translate them into clear technical specifications. Identifies and drives new concepts for improving digital product findability on websites, search engines, AI platforms and generative search applications. Manages and prioritizes requirements between enterprise digital, IT, external agencies and technology partners. Establishes close collaboration with Systems Protection business teams globally and drives understanding of SEO, AEO and digital customer journeys. Develops and maintains detailed user documentation of business processes and related applications, hosts internal and external user trainings and provides support. May be required to perform additional duties as assigned.You HaveBachelor’s degree in communications, marketing, data management or equivalent experience is strongly preferredMinimum 3 years of marketing experience in a digital environment, working in a matrix organization or agency, is requiredKnowledge of and experience in sales, marketing and e-commerce processesKnowledge, Skills And AbilitiesSeveral years of experience in digital marketing, e-commerce or digital customer experience in an international B2B company. Strong knowledge of SEO, AEO (Answer Engine Optimization), GEO (Generative Engine Optimization) and modern search technologies. Experience with search platforms such as Coveo or comparable enterprise search solutions is a plus. Ability to analyze, structure and translate business requirements into technical requirements, user stories or specifications. Strong communication skills with the ability to successfully bring business and technical teams together. Analytical mindset and experience working with web analytics, search analytics and data-driven optimizations. Understanding of modern digital platforms such as CMS, PIM, Digital Commerce, Product Data Management and marketing technologies. High level of initiative, strategic thinking and a passion for driving change and opening up new digital opportunities.
