We are looking a Marketing Specialist to contribute to the creation of the marketing plan taking into account the company's strategy, characteristics of the local market and sales history.
How you will spend your time with us:

• Contributing with new and creative campaign ideas, starting from the central guide (product in focus, key message, main tags);
• Stock monitoring, helping estimation of product required for each activity/marketing campaign, cooperating with stock manager regarding product requests;
• Creating campaign/product/pricing notifications to channel managers;
• Creating all legal documents for each campaign/booster/activity (internal and external) and notify the sales managers. Ensuring that the internet and retail teams are correctly implementing all the regulations;
• Daily monitoring campaign results and sales evolution;
• Proposing additional actions to optimize campaign results (sales and clean the stock);
• Offering constant support for all sales channels;
• Creating briefs for production team for video spots/ testimonials;
• Creating briefs for graphic designers;
• Ensuring localization, production of centrally shared materials and presentations;
• Making sure that production and design go in line with campaign briefs and brand strategy, defining key products for advertising, aligning final scripts, texts, visuals for channels;
• Coordinating the design for all POSM (poster, flyers, coupons, catalogue and other materials) by localizing central materials OR implementing locally agreed ideas;
• Creating calculations for every new product/offer/package/ campaign on every sales channel and sending the notification to sales managers;
• Delivering internal presentations regarding new product introductions, marketing materials, business objective and communication strategy
• Creating a strong liaison with the legal department in order to verify each campaign and offer, making sure that everything we communicate, promote and implement in the market is legally accurate. Finding alternative solutions where attractive offers cannot be implemented due to legal limitations;
• Overviewing the competition: research on the pricing, placement, product (especially online);
• Participating in video shootings;
• Proof reading/checking internet and social media pages (campaign accuracy, regulations etc);
• Contributing in organizing events (onsite and external – when necessary);
• Planinng and creating content for all social media platforms ensuring that it is engaging, relevant, and aligned with the brand's messaging and tone of voice;
• Preparing, localizing & executing engaging content (written & video) for all social media platforms following the marketing calendar;
• Contacting local and/or regional influencers/content creators and establish partnerships based on the marketing calendar. This may include gifting products, sponsoring posts, running giveaways, or collaborating on content.
• Monitoring and analyzing social media metrics;
• Engaging with customers & followers, and specifically address inquiries and concerns related to giveaways, prizes, and competitions on social media platforms in a timely manner;
• Ensure compliance with social media platform policies and guidelines;
• Provides timely reports based on the request of the local & international teams.
