About the Role

We're looking for a Sales & Marketing Specialist to own our commercial growth — from generating leads and closing deals to building the TechMark brand online. You'll work directly with the founders and shape how we go to market.

What You'll Do

• Plan and execute marketing campaigns across LinkedIn, email, and other digital channels
• Generate and qualify leads, run discovery calls, and manage the sales pipeline from first contact to close
• Create content that positions TechMark as a go-to partner for software services (posts, case studies, newsletters)
• Build and maintain client relationships, ensuring smooth handoffs and repeat business
• Track campaign and sales performance, report on KPIs, and adjust strategy based on data
• Represent TechMark at industry events and networking opportunities

What We're Looking For

• 2+ years of experience in sales, marketing, or business development (tech/B2B a strong plus)
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Comfort with CRM tools and social media management
• A self-starter mindset — you spot opportunities and act without waiting for instructions
• Genuine interest in technology and the ability to explain technical services in plain language

Nice to Have

• Experience selling software services or SaaS
• Basic design skills (Canva or similar)
• An existing professional network in the tech space
