ct?We’re looking for a Marketing Specialist to join our Romania Marketing team and support the day-to-day implementation of local marketing activiti

es.
This is a hands-on role, suitable for someone at the beginning of their marketing career, who is organised, attentive to details and eager to learn how marketing campaigns are implemented in a fast-moving banking environm

ent.
You will support campaign coordination, promotional mechanics, marketing materials, branch communication and collaboration with internal and central teams, while gradually developing your marketing, project coordination and stakeholder management sk

What You’

• ll do:Support the coordination and implementation of marketing campaigns and promotions across digital and offline cha
• nnels;Follow up on campaign timelines, deliverables, approvals and implementation
• steps;Support the operational flow of promotional campaigns, including approval of regulations, coordination with Legal / Compliance / internal teams, notary process, prize draws and prize manag
• ement;Coordinate the operational relationship with the notary for promotional campaigns and lucky
• draws;Support the management of prizes, including winner validation support, prize distribution follow-up and communication with the relevant internal
• teams;Coordinate requests towards central teams for website updates, landing page updates, campaign materials and other digital content up
• dates;Prepare and follow up local briefs for different marketing materials needed in campaigns, branches, partner communication or local pro
• jects;Coordinate the production flow for printed, promotional and POS materials, including supplier briefing, artwork follow-up, approvals, production and distrib
• ution;Support communication with branches regarding active campaigns, promotions, materials and local req
• uests;Support local activations and BTL activities, including logistics, materials, supplier follow-up and post-activation
• input;Work closely with internal teams such as Product, Legal, Compliance, Operations, Call Center, Branch Network and central marketing teams to ensure smooth implement
• ation;Keep track of campaign materials, approvals, deadlines and operational details to ensure campaigns are delivered correctly and on
• time;Provide administrative and operational support to the Romania Marketing team when n

eeded.What you’ll need to su

• cceed:1-2 years of experience in marketing, communication, project support, campaign coordination or a similar
• role;Good organisational skills and ability to manage several tasks and deadlines at the same
• time;Attention to detail and care for accuracy, especially when working with campaign materials, regulations and approval
• flows;Good communication skills in Romanian and English, both written and s
• poken;Willingness to learn how marketing campaigns, promotional mechanics and internal approval flows
• work;Comfortable working with Excel, PowerPoint, email, shared folders and basic digital
• tools;Ability to follow up with different stakeholders and keep track of open t
• opics;Proactive, reliable and hands-on att
