Key Responsibilities:

• Execute and implement marketing plans and activities specifically tailored for the Romanian market.
• Adapt global marketing campaigns to fit local cultural and market specifics.
• Coordinate local partnerships, in-store activities with commercial facilities, and distributor collaborations.
• Manage communication with local agencies and external vendors (print, POS materials, media, events).
• Organize and coordinate participation in exhibitions and promotional events in Romania.
• Manage the production and quality control of all advertising and promotional materials.
• Adapt advertising messages and visual materials to resonate with the Romanian audience.
• Support the creation of content for social media channels.
• Maintain relationships with local media outlets and influencers (when needed).
• Monitor campaign effectiveness and propose strategic improvements based on performance data.

Required Qualifications:

• Experience: 2–5 years of experience in a marketing role.
• Market Knowledge: Solid understanding of the Romanian market, including its cultural context and marketing.
• Experience in FMCG, retail, services, or similar sectors is a plus.
• Language Proficiency: Excellent command of Romanian and English (both written and verbal).
• Skills: Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
