Marketplace Account Support Specialist
What you’ll have to do:

  • Act as the primary point of contact during the seller integration process, providing them with information and support before they start operating on the eMAG Marketplace platform;
  • Ensure the legal aspects are covered, including contracts, annexes, and supporting documents;
  • Handle the commercial aspects, including commission grids, operational flow, and performance indicators;
  • Provide support during the integration stages, acting as a liaison between Marketplace sellers and other departments involved in the integration process and/or partners;
  • Work closely with the team leader to monitor and identify bottlenecks in the integration process and propose appropriate solutions.

  • Teamwork skills, flexibility, and attention to detail;
  • Sales and negotiation skills;
  • Initiative, proactivity, and problem-solving ability;
  • Results-oriented mindset with planning and prioritization skills;
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills with sellers and colleagues;
  • Higher education (completed or in progress);
  • Good command of English, both spoken and written;
  • Strong knowledge of MS Office (minimum version 2013: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook);
  • A minimum of 6 months of experience in a similar position, specifically in B2B relationship management, is an advantage.
