About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Marketplace Manager to take full ownership of our Amazon and TikTok Shop channels for our health food supplements brands.

We are already present on both platforms but performance is well below potential. This is a genuine growth role where you will build these channels from a low base and be judged on results.

This is a 360 position. You will own everything from listings to advertising to pricing, with the autonomy to run the channels as your own.

What You Will Own

- Full management and optimisation of product listings across Amazon and TikTok Shop

- Advertising strategy and spend, including Amazon PPC and TikTok ad campaigns

- Content and creative for both platforms, including product imagery and video

- TikTok Shop affiliate programme, including creator outreach and live shopping

- Pricing strategy, promotions and competitive positioning

- Performance reporting with clear commercial recommendations

What We Are Looking For

- Proven track record of growing sales on Amazon, ideally within FMCG, supplements or health and wellness

- Hands-on TikTok Shop experience, including affiliates and shoppable content

- Strong analytical ability with confidence managing ad budgets to a target ROAS

- Self-sufficient and decisive, comfortable owning a channel end to end without close supervision

- Direct communicator who keeps things brief and gets to the point

Salary
