Marketplace Specialist – eMAG Romania

What started as a Czech fitness and e-commerce project has grown into one of the fastest-growing European lifestyle brands. As we continue expanding across Europe, marketplaces play a key role in how customers discover Vilgain in new markets.

To support our growth in Romania, we’re looking for a Marketplace Specialist (eMAG) who will take ownership of our presence on the eMAG marketplace — from listings and content optimization to keyword research and market analysis.

What you’ll be doing

• Creating, uploading and managing product listings on eMAG Marketplace
• Writing and optimizing product descriptions to improve search visibility and conversion
• Conducting keyword research to identify opportunities for ranking and product discoverability
• Monitoring the Romanian marketplace landscape and analyzing competitor strategies
• Resolving technical issues within the marketplace and communicating with eMAG Seller Support
• Preparing briefs for designers for visual content such as infographics and enhanced product visuals
• Working with product data and performance metrics in Excel
• Collaborating with internal teams across marketing, design and product

What we’re looking for

• Romanian at C1 level or higher — you need a strong feel for the language to write native-level listings
• Communicative English (B2-C1) for collaboration with the international team
• At least 1 year of experience working with eMAG Marketplace (other marketplaces are a strong advantage)
• Strong Excel skills and ability to work with formulas and data
• High level of self-organization and ownership — you can manage your work independently and focus deeply on tasks
• Ability to provide references or examples of previous marketplace work

• Full-time role with full immersion in the team and processes
• Location: ideally Bucharest, Romania
