As a Material Planner, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth and efficient flow of materials to support production. You will be responsible for managing supplier communication, maintaining accurate master data in SAP, monitoring material availability, and minimizing supply risks. Your focus will be to ensure a stable procurement process, from planning and system setup to supplier follow-up and performance monitoring.

• Material Planning & Procurement: Plan material requirements based on production demand and system forecasts, ensuring timely delivery schedules relese and follow-up;
• SAP Process Management: Maintain and monitor master data relevant for the procurement process, ensuring accuracy of system parameters for material planning;
• Supplier Communication: Coordinate with suppliers regarding delivery schedules, availability confirmations, and deviation management to secure uninterrupted production flow;
• Supplier Integration: Support the onboarding and integration of new suppliers into the procurement process, ensuring all system and operational settings are correctly established;
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Cooperate closely with the Purchasing Department to ensure procurement parameters and agreements are properly implemented in SAP;
• Shortage Monitoring & Risk Mitigation: Monitor shortage lists and system alerts, taking proactive actions to minimize the risk of production stops or delays;
• Change management : monitor phase in / phase out components and/or indexes to mitigate obsolescence stocks and optimize cost for implementation of new materials
• Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities to improve material flow, supplier performance, and system accuracy to enhance the overall supply chain efficiency.
• Procurement Supply Chain Coordination Projects : Manage from supply planning function the introduction of supply base for new projects or relocations.
