In this role, you will play a key part in ensuring the continuity and efficiency of our operations by coordinating the replenishment of raw materials and packaging materials across all Lactalis Group companies in Romania. You will contribute to maintaining optimal inventory levels, strengthening supplier collaboration, and supporting production continuity while driving supply chain performance.

From your EXPERTISE to ours

Main responsibilities:

• Organize and coordinate the replenishment of raw materials and packaging materials across Lactalis Group Romania, ensuring consistent processes and ways of working across all entities and production sites
• Ensure the availability of materials required to support production plans while minimizing stock-out risks, production interruptions and excess inventory
• Lead, develop and support the material replenishment team, ensuring effective workload allocation, performance monitoring and continuous improvement
• Define and monitor inventory parameters, including safety stock levels, minimum and maximum stock targets, order quantities and replenishment frequencies
• Collaborate closely with Production Planning, Procurement, Marketing, Quality, Warehousing, Suppliers and Production teams to align material availability with operational needs
• Monitor supplier performance, material lead times, order confirmations and delivery risks, escalating critical issues and coordinating corrective actions when required
• Analyze shortages, excess inventory, obsolete stock and planning deviations, identifying root causes and implementing sustainable improvement actions
• Coordinate material-related transitions associated with new product launches, packaging changes, delisting and material replacements
• Communicate replenishment priorities, risks and action plans across teams, supporting timely decision-making and production continuity
• Track key replenishment KPIs and contribute to inventory optimization, working capital efficiency and compliance with quality, safety and loss prevention standards

From your STORY to ours

What we are looking for:

• 3-5 years of managerial experience in Planning, Forecasting or Supply Chain
• Bachelor's degree
• Strong planning, organization and prioritization skills
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
• Conflict resolution and team management skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities
• Logical and numerical thinking
• Results-oriented mindset with a continuous improvement approach
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills
• Fluent English, both written and spoken
