With a hands-on approach, you’ll help transition innovations from prototype to full-scale production, adapting quickly to evolving market demands.

The Impact You’ll Make

• Standardize production processes to ensure consistency and drive improvements.
• Equip production lines with the right tools and clear work instructions to empower workers.
• Design innovative manufacturing and production processes that elevate efficiency and quality.
• Analyze existing workflows to identify bottlenecks, inefficiencies, and opportunities for optimization.
• Resolve root causes of issues by implementing corrective actions that deliver lasting results.
• Advance continuous improvement initiatives to keep processes evolving and competitive.
• Leverage data from sensors and production records to uncover insights and guide decisions.
• Transition processes seamlessly from prototypes to full-scale production, adapting to different volumes with agility.
  

The Skills And Knowledge You’ll Bring

• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving mindset (including methods such as 5 Why).
• A proactive attitude—comfortable working on the shop floor, not just behind a desk.
• Collaborative teamwork skills with the ability to engage across functions.
• Experience with process flow diagrams, process failure mode effect analysis, and control plans.
• A degree in mechanical or electrical engineering.
• 3–5 years of hands-on experience as a process, maintenance, or quality engineer.
• Proficiency in Romanian and English.
• Solid foundation in engineering principles, mathematics, and sciences.
• Experience analyzing process data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
• Commitment to continuous learning and professional growth.
• Familiarity with AutoCAD, lean manufacturing tools (value stream mapping, 5S, waste reduction, time studies), and project
• management (including Kaizen event leadership).
• Ability to interpret technical drawings and product specifications.
• Knowledge of statistical process control, SAP, bill of materials, routings, and change management.
• Availability to work onsite five days a week.
