Role Description

This is a contract-based, full-time Mechanical Engineer role located on-site in Bucharest, Romania. The Mechanical Engineer will be responsible for designing and developing HVAC systems, creating machine designs and technical drawings using CAD software, and participating in research and development projects. The role also involves planning, coordinating, and overseeing engineering projects to ensure they meet specifications and deadlines while collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Mechanical Engineering principles and practices
• Expertise in Machine Design and Computer-Aided Design (CAD)
• Experience in Project Management and collaborative team coordination
• Strong background in Research and Development (R&D) to drive technical innovation
• Effective problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Familiarity with HVAC systems and industry-specific standards is an advantage
• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field
• Knowledge of international certification processes (e.g., ISO, CE) is a plus
• Proficiency in English required; additional language skills are a benefit
