YOUR responsibilities as a Medical Brand Manager (Adult Nutrition) will include (but not limited to):

Developing and implementing marketing strategies and annual plans for medical brands within Adult Nutrition Conducting in-depth market analysis and identifying relevant trends across the healthcare landscape Growing sales volumes through direct and indirect initiatives in collaboration with internal and external partners Identifying and negotiating strategic partnerships with healthcare institutions, professional organizations and distributors Designing tailored commercial proposals for hospitals, clinics and corporate healthcare clients Ensuring correct brand positioning and consistent messaging across all channels Coordinating promotional and educational campaigns targeted at healthcare professionals Planning, monitoring and optimizing the annual marketing and sales budget Tracking expenses and evaluating ROI for campaigns, programs and key initiatives Supervising and developing the team of Key Account Managers in the hospital segment Ensuring all materials and activities comply with healthcare regulations and internal policies Collaborating with doctors, pharmacists and other healthcare stakeholders to strengthen brand presence Representing the company at medical congresses, conferences and professional events Monitoring KPIs and delivering regular performance updates to management

About You

We are looking for a Medical Brand Manager (Adult Nutrition) with the following profile:

5+ years in pharmaceutical or medical marketing and sales Strong negotiation capabilities and a solid business development mindset Proven experience in managing budgets and evaluating ROI Understanding of healthcare regulations and industry compliance Confident communicator with excellent presentation skills Analytical thinker with a strategic, results-focused approach University degree in Medical, Pharmaceutical, Marketing or another relevant field Fluency in Romanian and English (spoken and written) Solid MS Office skills, especially in Excel Availability to travel within Romania as needed
