Your Mission
Manage multidisciplinary teams, including both medical and administrative staff.
Oversee outpatient and day hospital services activities.
Monitor staff performance and ensure compliance with internal procedures.
Maintain an efficient, professional, and patient-centered work environment.
Coordinate the setup and preparation of the clinic prior to opening.
Define and implement operational workflows across all departments.
Ensure compliance with the company's internal policies and procedures.
Actively participate in the recruitment of physicians and support staff, in collaboration with the recruitment team.
Define the structure of medical services offered, the required documentation, and the balance between services covered by the National Health Insurance House (CAS) and private-pay services.
Conduct market analyses and contribute to the development of revenue and expense budgets.
Propose and monitor the clinic's operational objectives.
Ensure compliance with contractual obligations related to the National Health Insurance House (CAS).
Build and maintain effective relationships with general practitioners and local partners.
Participate in local marketing activities and support patient flow management during the clinic's launch phase.
Represent the clinic within the local community and contribute to increasing the visibility and attractiveness of its medical services.
What You Bring to the Team
Bachelor's degree or higher; a specialization in healthcare, medicine, business, or economics is considered an advantage.
Mid-level to senior management experience coordinating complex teams and working closely with medical professionals.
Relevant experience in medical imaging and outpatient services, including management of CAS-related contracts.
Experience coordinating operational activities and implementing clinical workflows.
Strong understanding of financial indicators and experience managing budgets.
Excellent strategic planning, people management, analytical, and budgeting skills.
Proven ability to identify and efficiently resolve operational challenges.
Results-oriented mindset with a strong focus on achieving established objectives.
Adaptability and the ability to perform effectively in dynamic and challenging environments.
Availability for active involvement throughout all project phases, including the clinic's initial promotion and launch activities.
