Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Medical Representative role based in Iaşi, Romania. The Medical Representative will promote the clinic’s rehabilitation and medical services to healthcare professionals, including physicians, pharmacists, and medical staff, through scheduled visits and presentations. Daily tasks include building and maintaining professional relationships, providing accurate product and service information, responding to inquiries, and gathering feedback from medical partners. The role also involves monitoring market trends, supporting promotional campaigns and events, maintaining up-to-date records in CRM tools, and collaborating with clinical and administrative teams to ensure a high standard of patient care and service quality.Qualifications Strong Medical Sales skills, with the ability to identify opportunities, present services effectively, and achieve agreed objectives.Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills to build trust, handle questions, and provide clear, supportive information to healthcare professionals and patients.Foundational knowledge in Medicine to understand clinical needs, rehabilitation pathways, and communicate medical concepts accurately.Background in Pharmacy or related field to discuss treatments, therapies, and service compatibility with prescribing professionals.Relevant higher education in medicine, pharmacy, biology, healthcare management, or a related discipline is preferred.Ability to work independently, manage time and territory efficiently, and maintain accurate documentation and reports.Proficiency with common office software and CRM systems, and readiness to learn internal tools and processes.Professional demeanor, ethical conduct, and a strong interest in rehabilitation and patient-centered care.Previous experience in medical promotion, pharmaceutical sales, or clinical liaison roles is an advantage.
