For our Affiliate in Romania, we are recruiting a

Medical Representative – Skin Care - Romania.

Available deployment areas: Olt, Dolj, Gorj, Valcea and Mehedinti

We are seeking a dedicated Medical Representative who upholds the professional standards, fulfils responsibilities with diligence and care, and operates in full alignment with the employer’s expectations and internal guidelines.

Main Responsibilities:

• Achieving the assigned targets
• Reaching the daily number of visits by doctors and pharmacists, according to the company's strategy
• Performs daily visits according to the planning of each business cycle
• Responsible for the individual promotional budget
• Weekly reporting of the visit plan as well as monthly reporting on the last working day of the month
• Organizing seminars and participating in national congresses
• Very good knowledge of the products
• Compliance with Fidia's ethical code of conduct in daily activities
• Responsible for company equipment (laptop, mobile phones, car, printer...)
• Cooperation with other Medical Representatives

Requirements:

• Several years of experience in similar position, preferably in the Dermatology (Skin Care) field
• University Degree preferable in Life Science: Medicine/Biotechnology/Biology/Pharmacy/Chemistry/Natural Science
• Medical, pharmaceutical and pharmacovigilance knowledge
• Romanian language proficiency both spoken and written, as well as good English skills
• Proficiency in using the Microsoft Office suite
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Demonstrates strong time management skills and the ability to perform effectively under pressure
• Ethics and compliance

Our offer:

• Open ended contract
• Salary between RON 140,000 – 154,000
• Entitlement of a Company Car according to Company Car Policy
