Location: Bucharest area

Your new role

In this role, you will:

• Promote the company’s pharmaceutical products to healthcare professionals within the assigned territory.
• Build and maintain strong, long‑term relationships with KOLs, pharmacists, and other key decision makers.
• Implement marketing and sales strategies to achieve business objectives and increase product visibility.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and provide regular feedback to the management team.
• Plan and organize daily field visits, manage territory activity, and ensure the highest level of customer engagement.
• Participate in medical conferences, workshops, and professional events when needed.

What you'll need to succeed

• Min 3-5 years experience as a Medical Representative or in a similar role.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship‑building skills.
• Ability to work independently, with strong sense of responsibility and planning skills.
• A proactive, results‑oriented mindset and customer-focused attitude.
• University degree is a strong advantage.
• Valid driving license and willingness to travel within the assigned area.
• Good English knowledge and solid MS Office skills.
