For our Sales team in Romania, we are searching for Medical Sales Representative (m/f) to join our team.

JOB LOCATION

  • Bucharest
  • Area allocated: Bucharest S3, Bucharest S4, Teleorman


EMPLOYMENT TYPE:

  • Fixed-term contract with the possibility of extension and/or permanent employment.
  • The role offers strong growth potential due to the strategic importance of the Bucharest area and has the potential for long-term collaboration based on performance and business needs.

KEY WORK TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Regular visits to clients, informing clients on products and marketing activities, collecting orders, negotiating on rebates and closing sales, collecting feedback from clients and building and keeping strong partnerships
  • Ensure agreed call frequency rate of targeted pharmacists, keeping in mind that the number of calls per doctors/ pharmacists are subject to change according to the company marketing strategy;
  • Implements and develop the merchandising pharma standards; Assures the promotional layout in the pharmacies according to Brand Manager recommendation.
  • Effectively manage the assigned territory by means of planning (territory KPIs, analysis, resources allocation, call planning); plan visits for each working day with the objectives of the visit;
  • Consistently achieve sales objectives (units, value, MS) of the promoted product portfolio, in his/her area;
  • Propose, assist in and organize round tables and symposia to promote company image and products awareness, with the objective of achieving sales targets;
  • Develop and maintain privileged contacts and relationships with KOLs, decision makers, doctors and pharmacists;
  • Keep abreast of ongoing marketing activities especially competitors’ launch / movement of new products and send feedback to Area Manager and Marketing department for necessary action on regular basis;


WORK ROLE PROFILE:


  • High school or university degree, preferably medical or economical education
  • Minimum of 1-2 years of sales experience in pharma/consumer health care business
  • Highly focused and drives to set for him/herself ambitious objectives
  • Quick to analyze and take action; utilizes effective negotiation skills
  • Territory management, presentation, influence/negotiation, KOL development, time-management skills
  • Team-work, agility, initiative, creativity, innovation, integrity, tenacity, resilience and adaptability in complex situations and an often changing environment; able to handle pressure and commit to and respect deadlines
  • Capacity to learn, understand and use medical information and marketing tools
  • Developed conversation and meeting management skills as well as influencing skills
  • English, intermediate level of knowledge and driving license B
  • Knowledge of MS Office package, intermediate level of knowledge
