IDS Express is building one of the fastest-growing courier and pickup networks in Europe.
We are now looking for a Franchise Sales Manager in Bucharest — someone who can represent our brand, work with entrepreneurs, and develop our franchise network across Romania and Europe.
What you will do
• Identify and attract potential franchise partners
• Conduct consultations, presentations, and qualification calls
• Guide partners through the franchise onboarding process
• Work with regional entrepreneurs, investors, and SMEs
• Collaborate with IDS Express leadership on expansion strategy
• Manage your pipeline and report progress in CRM
What we are looking for
• Experience in B2B sales (logistics, franchising, retail, real estate, or services)
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Ability to work independently and manage your own pipeline
• Understanding of entrepreneurship and franchise development
• Romanian — fluent; English — strong working level
• Russian is an advantage but not required
