We are currently looking for an MEP Engineer – Site Supervision (Mid/Senior) to help us ensure quality and performance across all installations for a new project.

Job Location: Balotesti, Ilfov, Romania

Mission: To ensure that all systems (electrical, sanitary, HVAC) are functional, efficient, and will not create operational issues after handover (e.g., leaks, odors, tripping breakers).

Supervision Responsibilities:

• Testing Verification: Must attend all pressure tests (pipes) and continuity tests (electrical cables). Does not accept reports without direct verification.
• Brand Control: Verifies that delivered equipment (boilers, AC units, panels) matches those in the offer/design, not cheaper equivalents.
• Interface with Structure: Ensures that installers do not cut beams or structural columns to route pipes (a classic and dangerous mistake).
• Commissioning (PIF): Coordinates equipment acceptance and ensures all user manuals and warranties are received.
• Efficiency: Verifies proper insulation of hot water pipes and ventilation ducts (to avoid condensation in ceilings).

Profile: Minimum 7 years of experience in complex installations (HVAC, sanitary, electrical, fire protection).

Technical Expertise:

• Knowledge of specific regulations (e.g., I7 for electrical, I9 for sanitary, P118 for fire safety).
• Ability to coordinate networks (identify clashes between pipes before installation).

Control Competencies:

• Experience in attending and validating pressure, tightness, and continuity tests.
• Knowledge of automation systems (BMS) and integration of technical equipment.

Documentation:

• Ability to verify that technical datasheets of delivered equipment match the specifications in the Technical Design (PT).
