We are seeking a MEP Team Lead to join our MEP team in Bucharest, Romania.
Job Description

Here is what you will do:

• Lead and manage MEP teams on complex projects in collaboration with local and international stakeholders.
• Oversee all aspects of MEP services from design to project completion, ensuring that systems are fully integrated with architectural, structural, and other engineering elements.
• Provide technical leadership on MEP systems design, construction, commissioning, and handover.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards, building codes, and health and safety regulations.
• Coordinate with other departments and teams (architectural, structural, etc.) to ensure smooth project delivery.
• Mentor and coach junior engineers and other team members, fostering their growth and professional development.
• Collaborate with project managers to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables, ensuring that MEP requirements are met.
• Conduct reviews and evaluations of MEP systems to ensure quality and compliance.
• Drive continuous improvement in MEP design processes and the adoption of new technologies.
• Lead BIM/REVIT modeling and project documentation for MEP services.
  

Qualifications

Here’s what we’re looking for:

• 10 years of experience in MEP design and building services, with proven leadership experience.
• Strong knowledge of relevant MEP systems, including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and fire protection systems.
• Proficient in BIM/REVIT for MEP design, with experience managing BIM processes.
• Excellent spoken and written English skills.
• Ability to manage and lead multidisciplinary engineering teams.
• Strong problem-solving skills and a passion for innovative solutions in building services.
• Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Advanced knowledge of design tools such as AutoCAD, Revit, and other MEP design software.
• Proven experience in coordinating and delivering projects within established timeframes and budgets.
• Willingness to work collaboratively in a diverse and dynamic team.
