📅 Plan, schedule, and monitor store visits

💻 Manage and maintain merchandising software

📊 Analyze merchandising data and performance results

👀 Monitor execution of store visits and field activities

👥 Organize and guide the merchandising team

📞 Provide daily communication, remote training, and support to merchandisers

✅ Ensure compliance with merchandising standards

🛒 Implement merchandising plans and promotional activities

📑 Manage delegations, equipment, and required documentation (safety, tickets, etc.)

📱 Prepare and manage the mobile device fleet

💰 Track and report expenses

🌱 Support team development and performance

🧠 What We’re Looking For

✔ Strong MS Excel skills

✔ Good English language knowledge

✔ Experience in a similar role or merchandising environment is an advantage

✔ Strong organizational and communication skills
