As a Microsoft 365 Consultant (m/f/d) with a focus on Copilot and Collaboration, you shape the future of teamwork for our clients. You combine technical expertise in Microsoft 365, Copilot, and the Power Platform with the ability to guide teams in adopting and successfully using new technologies.

What you do with us

• 
  
• Development and implementation of adoption strategies for Microsoft 365 and Copilot solutions to effectively support teams.
  
• Planning and realization of low-code/no-code solutions on the Power Platform, including Copilot Studio.
  
• Introduction and optimization of collaboration tools such as Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, and Copilot.
  
• Integration and extension of AI technologies within the Microsoft Power Platform, e.g., using Azure OpenAI, Cognitive Services, or AI Builder.
  
• Contribution to the design of new services, creation of proposals, and advising clients on the optimal use of modern collaboration technologies.
  

When you fit in with us

• Practical knowledge in working with M365 Copilot (Studio), AI Builder, Power Automate, and Azure OpenAI.
  
• Experience in Microsoft 365, particularly Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, and Power Platform, as well as in the implementation of these solutions.
  
• Strong technical understanding of automation, AI-driven processes, and the integration of Microsoft services.
  
• Knowledge of security and data protection in the context of AI and Microsoft 365.
  
• Teamwork, knowledge sharing, and confident communication in both German and English.
