We are looking for an experienced Microsoft Dynamics 365 Team Lead to lead a team of developers and consultants in delivering high-quality Microsoft Dynamics 365 solutions. In this role, you will combine strong technical expertise with leadership skills, guiding the team through the full software development lifecycle while ensuring best practices, solution quality, and successful project delivery.

You will work closely with business stakeholders, solution architects, project managers, and cross-functional teams to design, implement, and optimize Dynamics 365 applications that support key business processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and support a team of Microsoft Dynamics 365 developers and functional consultants.
• Drive the design, development, customization, and implementation of Microsoft Dynamics 365 solutions.
• Define technical architecture and ensure alignment with business requirements and Microsoft best practices.
• Oversee project planning, task allocation, and delivery timelines.
• Conduct code reviews and ensure high standards of software quality, security, and maintainability.
• Collaborate with Solution Architects, Product Owners, Business Analysts, and stakeholders to define technical solutions.
• Manage integrations between Dynamics 365 and third-party systems using APIs, Azure services, and Power Platform.
• Identify technical risks and proactively implement mitigation strategies.
• Support release planning, deployments, and production issue resolution.
• Promote Agile development practices and continuous improvement within the team.
• Coach team members, encourage knowledge sharing, and support professional development.
• Stay up to date with Microsoft Dynamics 365, Power Platform, and Azure technologies.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience working with Microsoft Dynamics 365 (CRM and/or Customer Engagement).
• 2+ years of experience leading technical teams or acting as a Technical Lead.
• Strong expertise in Microsoft Dynamics 365 customization and configuration.
• Hands-on experience with C#, .NET, ASP.NET, JavaScript, TypeScript, HTML, and CSS.
• Experience developing plugins, custom workflows, Power Automate flows, and custom integrations.
• Strong knowledge of Dataverse, Power Platform, and Model-Driven Apps.
• Experience integrating Dynamics 365 with external systems using REST APIs, Azure Functions, Logic Apps, or Service Bus.
• Solid understanding of solution architecture and application lifecycle management (ALM).
• Experience with Azure DevOps, Git, and CI/CD pipelines.
• Strong understanding of software design principles, security, and performance optimization.
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Fluent English.

Nice to Have

• Experience with Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (F&O) or Business Central.
• Microsoft Power Apps and Power BI experience.
• Experience with Azure cloud services and cloud-native architectures.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Copilot, AI Builder, or Generative AI capabilities within Dynamics 365.
• Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Power Platform certifications.
• Experience working in international or enterprise-scale projects.
