We are currently seeking a Microsoft Exchange Online and On-Premises L2 Engineer (with German) to join our team in Remote, Constanța (RO-CT), Romania (RO).

Key Roles & Responsibilities

Manages and supports Exchange Online and on-premises environments, ensuring email services are secure, reliable, and optimized for business needs. Administer Exchange Online and on-premises servers Manage mail flow, security, and compliance Troubleshoot and resolve email-related incidents Perform migrations and upgrades Monitor system health and performance Document configurations and changes

Knowledge Skills & Attributes

Expertise in Exchange Online and Exchange Server; Understanding of email security and compliance; Scripting skills (PowerShell preferred); Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills. Degree in IT/Computing or equivalent; Microsoft Certified: Exchange Online Administrator Associate. 3+ years managing Exchange environments; Experience with hybrid deployments and migrations. Advanced administration of Exchange Online and Exchange Server; Hybrid Exchange deployments and migrations; PowerShell scripting; Email security and compliance; Integration with Active Directory and Azure AD.
