What You'll Be Doing

• Administer and maintain SharePoint Server (on-premises) and SharePoint Online environments to ensure secure, reliable, and efficient collaboration and document management services.
• Manage SharePoint sites, site collections, and permissions, ensuring proper governance, access control, and compliance with organizational policies.
• Troubleshoot and resolve SharePoint-related issues, including site performance, permissions, search functionality, and integration challenges.
• Plan and execute content migrations between SharePoint on-premises and SharePoint Online, ensuring data integrity and minimal disruption to users.
• Develop, configure, and maintain SharePoint site templates, libraries, and workflows to support business processes and collaboration needs.
• Automate administrative tasks and operational processes using PowerShell scripting.
• Support integration of SharePoint with Microsoft 365 services, including OneDrive, Microsoft Teams, and other collaboration tools.
• Monitor platform performance, usage, and system health, proactively identifying opportunities for optimization and improvement.
• Maintain technical documentation, knowledge base articles, and operational procedures related to SharePoint administration.
• Collaborate with Microsoft 365, infrastructure, security, and application teams to support enterprise collaboration services and ongoing platform enhancements.
• Participate in on-call rotations and out-of-hours support for live streaming events and critical service incidents.
  

What You'll Bring Along

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
• Minimum 3-5 years of experience in SharePoint administration within enterprise environments.
• Strong expertise in SharePoint Server (on-premises) and SharePoint Online administration, including site collections, permissions, and governance.
• Hands-on experience with content migration between on-premises and cloud SharePoint environments.
• Proficiency in PowerShell scripting for SharePoint administration and automation.
• Experience implementing workflow automation, site templates, and collaboration solutions within SharePoint.
• Knowledge of integration with Microsoft 365 services, including OneDrive and Microsoft Teams.
• Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills related to collaboration platforms.
• Excellent communication and documentation skills, with the ability to support both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Microsoft Certified: SharePoint Administrator Associate or similar certification is preferred.
• Excellent command of both spoken and written English and German.
