Role Overview

We are looking for a mid-level Marketing & Growth Specialist who is a hands-on executor, capable of managing content creation, email marketing, and social media while supporting broader growth initiatives.

This role is primarily execution-focused, with opportunities to contribute ideas and gradually expand into more strategic ownership.

Location & Working Setup

• Remote (open to candidates globally)
• Must have availability to overlap with US Eastern Time (EST) working hours

Key Responsibilities

• Execute 3-4 social media posts per week (content creation, copywriting, basic design)
• Manage and improve email marketing campaigns (newsletters, automations, segmentation)
• Support email platform migration and ongoing optimization
• Build and maintain a help center using existing materials
• Collect and develop client case studies for marketing use
• Manage the company’s YouTube channel (uploads, descriptions, organization)
• Collaborate with developers, designers, and editors on marketing initiatives
• Use tools like Figma to support updates to landing pages and marketing assets
• Contribute to improving offers, promotions, and page structure for better conversion
• Leverage AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Claude) to improve efficiency while maintaining content quality

Required Skills & Experience

• 3-5 years of experience in digital marketing, growth, or content roles
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
• Hands-on experience with email marketing platforms (e.g., Klaviyo, SendGrid, or similar)
• Experience managing social media and content workflows
• Basic design skills (Canva or similar tools)
• Familiarity with Figma or willingness to learn
• Comfortable working in a remote, fast-paced environment
• Strong organizational skills and ability to execute independently

Nice to Have

• Experience with marketplace or platform-based businesses
• Basic SEO knowledge
• Experience working with video content or YouTube channels
