Roslin build and operate large-scale mobility and transportation platforms for the US market. Our systems power dispatch operations, driver and passenger applications, billing workflows, and real-time logistics used daily across multiple states.

Why This Role Exists

We are expanding our QA team to ensure the stability and quality of core platform features across web and mobile products.

We’re looking for a Middle QA Engineer who combines strong manual testing fundamentals with practical automation skills. Someone who understands how production systems behave, thinks in edge cases, and helps teams ship with confidence.

This role is hands-on: testing real workflows, building regression coverage, and collaborating closely with engineering and product.

What You’ll Do

Manual Testing & Release Quality

• Perform functional testing of new and existing features
• Execute smoke and regression testing during releases
• Validate complex workflows across operational dashboards and mobile apps
• Create and maintain test documentation: test cases, checklists, bug reports

Automation & Regression Coverage

• Develop and maintain automated test suites using Cypress or Playwright
• Expand regression coverage for critical product flows
• Ensure automated tests are stable, readable, and maintainable

API & System Validation

• Test REST APIs using Postman
• Validate gRPC APIs using BloomRPC or similar tools
• Perform data checks and backend validation using SQL queries

Collaboration & Debugging

• Work closely with developers and product managers to clarify requirements
• Analyze logs and production signals using tools like Kibana, Sentry, Firebase
• Proactively identify risks, inconsistencies, and quality gaps before release

What You Bring

Experience

• 2–3 years of commercial QA experience
• At least 6 months of automation experience with JavaScript/TypeScript
• Strong understanding of test design techniques and QA best practices

Technical Skills

• Manual testing expertise across web and mobile (iOS/Android)
• Automation with Cypress or Playwright
• API testing with Postman and RESTful services
• Experience testing gRPC APIs
• Practical SQL skills (joins, queries, data validation)
• Git proficiency (branches, PRs, merges)

Domain Awareness (Strong Plus)

• Familiarity with GPS-based systems, maps (Google Maps / Mapbox), routing logic
• Understanding of scheduling systems across US time zones

Mindset

• Detail-oriented, proactive, and quality-driven
• Comfortable working in fast-moving product teams
• English level B1+ for documentation and collaboration

• Bugs are caught early, documented clearly, and resolved efficiently
