Due to our rapid expansion in Romania, we are looking for an ambitious Sales Representative based in Bucharest or Cluj. This is a hybrid role (door-to-door meetings and remote work) for a "hunter" who is passionate about the HoReCa industry and driven by closing deals and hitting targets.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage the full sales cycle, from initial prospecting and outreach to closing deals.
Conduct door-to-door visits and on-site product demonstrations for restaurant owners.
Deliver compelling product presentations tailored to the specific needs of the Romanian market.
Build and maintain a strong pipeline of potential clients and long-term partners.
Achieve and exceed individual sales targets and monthly KPIs.
Use CRM tools to track progress and provide accurate sales forecasts.
Collaborate with the internal team to ensure a smooth transition for new clients.
Our Ideal Candidate:
2+ years of experience in B2B sales (SaaS, IT, or HoReCa experience is a huge plus).
Based in Bucharest or Cluj with a deep understanding of the local restaurant scene.
Proven "hunter's mindset" — you enjoy prospecting and winning new business.
Excellent negotiation, communication, and objection-handling skills.
Results-oriented and comfortable working in a high-growth, fast-paced environment.
Fluent in Romanian (C1-C2) and confident in English (B2) for internal communication.
Proactive, disciplined, and able to work independently in the field.
