As a Monitoring Agent, you will oversee the performance of clients' IT systems using advanced monitoring tools. You will handle incidents and client requests promptly, ensuring they are logged and addressed according to established procedures. Additionally, you will keep detailed activity logs and prepare regular reports within set timeframes.

Ideal candidate:

• Good command of the French language, both written and verbal (at least B1+ level);
• Availability to work in 12 hour shifts - including night and weekend shifts;
• Outstanding surveillance and observation skills;
• Written and spoken English language (B1);
• Ability to exercise good judgment and autonomy in taking decisions;
• Good recording and reporting skills;
• Quality driven, organized person;
• Knowledgeable in MS Office applications – Word, Excel, Outlook,

Main responsibilities:

• Monitor clients’ IT infrastructure components using specific monitoring tools and applications;
• For identified monitoring alerts, log and escalate incidents according to existing documentation, in a timely manner;
• Respond to and escalate clients’ requests (telephone or email) according to defined processes;
• Maintain an activity log, prepare and send reports within agreed deadlines.
