As a Mortgage Credit Broker, you'll guide clients through one of the most important financial decisions of their lives — finding the right home loan 🏡

You'll work directly with individuals and families, analyzing their financial situation, comparing offers across our partner banks, and managing the entire credit process from first consultation to final approval.

Success in this role means building a growing client portfolio, consistently closing mortgage files, and earning the trust that turns clients into long-term referrals. You'll be supported by company-generated leads, modern comparison tools, and a collaborative team — but your results and earnings are driven by your own initiative 💪

🎯 Responsibilities

→ Advise clients on mortgage products and identify the most suitable financing solutions based on their financial profile and goals

→ Assess client eligibility by analyzing income, debt ratios, and documentation requirements

→ Prepare, compile, and manage complete credit application files through to bank approval

→ Communicate and negotiate with partner banks to secure favorable terms for clients

→ Develop and manage your own client portfolio through referrals, networking, and company-provided leads

→ Maintain ongoing, trust-based relationships with clients, providing support from initial consultation through post-approval

👤 Qualifications

→ 📊 Proven experience in mortgage brokerage, retail banking, real estate, or insurance

→ 🏦 Strong understanding of mortgage products, lending criteria, and the Romanian banking landscape

→ 🗣️ Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills

→ 📋 Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple client files simultaneously

→ 🎯 Results-oriented with a self-driven, entrepreneurial approach

→ 🇷🇴 Fluent in Romanian; English is a plus
