As a Project Control Specialist based in our Bucharest (Sector 1) office, you will manage the scheduling and reporting for a large-scale Solar EPC project. You will serve as the primary link between field data and management reporting.
Responsibilities:

• Maintain and update project schedules in Microsoft Project and Primavera P6.
• Generate comprehensive weekly and monthly progress reports (S-curves, KPIs).
• Perform CPM analysis to track milestones and identify potential delays.
• Coordinate with procurement and site teams to ensure data accuracy.
• Managing internal work-related documentation and preparing method statements.
• Coordinating communication and alignment with subcontractors.
• Handling similar operational and administrative activities.

We are looking for an organized professional with a strong technical grip on planning software. The ideal candidate should have practical experience using Microsoft Project and Primavera P6 to track project timelines. You should be detail-oriented, capable of identifying schedule risks through CPM (Critical Path Method), and comfortable communicating progress in English. While an Engineering degree is a plus, your ability to deliver accurate reports and coordinate with site teams is our top priority.
