🤖 n8n Automation Specialist (Remote, Full-Time)

You'll be a key part of building a visionary, highly-scalable system that uses tools at the cutting edge of marketing and business automation to provide exceptional services to clients in the SaaS industry, as well as to a growing portfolio of self-owned ecommerce brands within the business group.
We're hiring an n8n Automation Specialist) to own our automation workflows and help translate business strategy into practical, well-built automations. You'll work directly with the CEO to understand priorities, propose solutions, and build automations that support the company's growth.
This role is perfect for someone early in their career but with real, hands-on n8n experience—not just theory. You should be able to think beyond the technical setup and understand the broader goal behind each automation.
🔧 What You'll Do

• Collaborate directly with the CEO to understand business goals, pain points, and strategic priorities
• Translate strategic ideas into automation plans, proposing approaches before building
• Build and maintain workflows in n8n, ensuring they are reliable, efficient, and easy to understand
• Connect tools and systems using n8n's nodes, APIs, and simple JavaScript when needed
• Document workflows clearly so the business can maintain and evolve them over time
• Monitor automations, troubleshoot errors, and continuously improve performance
• Suggest new opportunities for automation that align with company strategy across all three businesses
• Constantly learn and develop new skills. We are pushing boundaries of automation design for real business value and we need you to dedicate yourself to constant learning.
• Work independently, manage your time well, and communicate clearly about progress or blockers
  

✅ Requirements (Necessary)

• Obsessed with n8n (this is essential—you must have built real workflows). Your social media feeds are filled with inspiration for adopting new approaches, tools, and systems to produce automated workflows.
• Ability to understand business context and ask the right questions to clarify goals
• Comfortable discussing ideas with the CEO and making recommendations, not just waiting for instructions
• Basic understanding of how APIs, webhooks, and data flows work
• Ability to write or modify simple JavaScript within n8n when necessary
• Strong communication skills in English (written and verbal)
• Detail-oriented and able to deliver reliable, stable automations
• Comfortable working in a startup environment with changing priorities
• Self-starter who takes ownership and works independently
  

💡 Nice to Have

• Experience with other automation tools (Zapier, Make.com)
• Familiarity with Google Sheets, CRMs, or similar operations tools
• Interest in business operations or process optimisation
• Experience working directly with founders or small teams
• Knowledge of e-commerce platforms or marketing automation tools
• Understanding of AI automation workflows and tools
