PuntoUP Professional Recruitment is looking for a National HoReCa Manager for its client, a prestigious and leading Romanian wine producer. We are looking for a professional with solid experience in the HoReCa channel, strong market understanding, and the ability to build long-term partnerships across key hospitality segments.

Location: Bucharest (with extensive national travel)

Main Purpose of the Job: To design and execute the national HoReCa strategy, strengthen key relationships across hotels, restaurants, cafés and premium venues, while ensuring exceptional product visibility, distribution and sales performance across the channel.

Job Profile:

• Develop and implement a national HoReCa sales strategy aligned with company goals.
• Build and grow relationships with premium HoReCa partners and distributors.
• Negotiate contracts, placements, visibility agreements and activation programs.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activity to identify opportunities for growth.
• Lead, motivate and develop the HoReCa sales team to exceed commercial targets.
• Collaborate with Marketing for brand activations, events, and promotional campaigns.
• Manage budgets, forecasts, and performance reporting for the HoReCa division.

Candidate Profile:

• Proven experience in managing HoReCa channels, ideally in wine, spirits or beverages.
• Strong negotiation and partnership-building abilities.
• Excellent understanding of the Romanian HoReCa landscape.
• Leadership experience: able to inspire, coach and develop teams.
• Strategic thinker with the ability to execute operationally.
• Fluent in Romanian & English; driving licence required.
• Willingness to travel extensively.
