• Handle inquiries related to products, promotions, orders, deliveries, and loyalty campaigns
• Offer accurate information regarding consumer products and services
• Register and document customer interactions according to internal procedures
• Resolve customer concerns efficiently while maintaining a positive experience
• Escalate complex cases when necessary
• Meet quality and productivity targets
