About the role:

This person will join our chatbots team (team augmentation) in a project focused on transforming procedural customer support flows into AI-driven conversational flows using LLM technology.

The project and codebase already exist and are maintained by internal IT teams, but we need additional support to accelerate development.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain backend components using C# and ASP.NET Framework within the existing codebase
• Design, implement, and consume REST APIs
• Leverage LLM development tools (e.g., GitHub Copilot) to improve and refactor code
• Collaborate in solution architecture, design discussions, sprint planning, and code reviews
• Write and maintain technical documentation (design, operational, and codebase documentation)
• Mentor junior developers and contribute to knowledge sharing within the team
• Provide accurate task estimations and report progress to the Team Lead and Product Owner
• Ensure continuous improvement of performance, code quality, and application security
• Participate in team and project meetings in a hybrid working model
• Log work activities in JIRA as required

Qualifications:

• 3+ years of experience as a Mid/Senior Developer working with C# and ASP.NET Framework
• Strong practical knowledge of REST API development (client and server)
• Experience with PostgreSQL and Redis
• Familiarity with Microsoft Bot Framework (nice to have)
• Hands-on experience using LLM tools (e.g., GitHub Copilot, ChatGPT) in the development workflow
• Strong collaboration skills, especially in planning, code reviews, and cross-functional teamwork
• Proactive mindset with a focus on performance optimization, code quality, and security best practices
• Good communication skills, especially for providing mentorship and technical support to junior
