We are looking for a .NET Developer with 4+ years of experience to support, maintain, and develop company-wide web applications using the latest Microsoft technologies. This role combines technical expertise with analytical thinking — you’ll contribute to system analysis, engage with business stakeholders, and help design effective solutions.

You’ll work closely with various teams to translate business needs into scalable technical implementations, follow best development practices, and support continuous improvement initiatives.

Responsibilities:

• Analyze, design, and develop enterprise-level web applications using C#, .NET Core, and MVC.
• Participate in meetings with clients and end-users to gather requirements and propose technical solutions.
• Translate user and business needs into technical documentation (data flows, process maps, dialogue logic).
• Build, test, and maintain high-quality, scalable code.
• Develop and execute thorough test plans and support deployment processes.
• Contribute to planning new features or process improvements with business justification.
• Provide ongoing support and maintenance for live applications.
• Ensure documentation, secure coding practices, and technical standards are consistently followed.
• Occasionally support or guide junior developers.

Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience with C#, MVC (v5+), and .NET Core (6 or newer).
• Experience with Razor pages, Blazor, or advanced frontend .NET Core frameworks.
• Solid understanding of web development: HTML5, CSS3, Bootstrap, jQuery, JSON, XML.
• Proficient in SQL Server (queries, stored procedures, Entity Framework, LINQ).
• Experience developing Windows Services and web services (WCF / Web API).
• Familiarity with Visual Studio (2017/2019/2022), TFS or Azure DevOps.
• Exposure to Change and Incident Management environments (SLA-based).
• Understanding of both Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
• Experience with DevOps tools, CI/CD pipelines, and release management practices.

Nice-to-Have:

• Familiarity with Telerik Kendo UI, JavaScript, Ajax.
• Working knowledge of Entity Framework 6.0, Lambda expressions, Razor syntax.
• Experience managing SQL Server environments (2014/2016/2022).
• Basic scripting or automation using PowerShell or SSIS.
