Position Description:

We are seeking a .NET Developer Team Leader to join CGI team. This role is intended for a senior professional with strong experience in .NET development and proven ability to coordinate technical teams. You will combine hands-on development responsibilities with team leadership, ensuring high-quality delivery, sound technical decisions, and alignment with business objectives.

Your future duties and responsibilities:

• Lead and mentor a team of .NET developers, providing technical guidance and supporting their professional development.
• Design and oversee the implementation of scalable, secure, and maintainable applications using the .NET framework.
• Contribute directly to development activities, including coding, code reviews, and architectural decisions.
• Collaborate with business analysts, functional analysts, architects, and project managers to define technical solutions.
• Ensure adherence to development standards, coding practices, and internal quality guidelines.
• Plan and monitor team workload, timelines, and deliverables in coordination with project sakeholders.
• Support estimation, risk assessment, and technical planning activities.
• Oversee application performance, troubleshooting, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Facilitate effective communication within the team and across other IT functions.

Required qualifications to be successful in this role:

• Minimum 6 years of experience in .NET development, with at least one to two years in a technical leadership or senior role.
• Strong expertise in C#, ASP.NET, .NET Core, and related technologies.
• Experience with REST APIs, microservices architecture, and integration patterns.
• Solid understanding of database design and experience with SQL Server or similar relational databases.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and collaborative development tools.
• Strong English communication skills, both written and spoken.
• Proven ability to lead technical discussions, review code, and ensure delivery quality.
