Job Details

Experience: 3 to 10 years

Job Type: Full-time | Shift-based | On-call support

Language: German – Mandatory with basic English

Salary range: RON 120K per annum + Shift Allowance + On call Allowance.

Key responsibilities:

• Monitor and manage incidents and events across multi-vendor IP, Transmission, and Voice network equipment.
• Perform initial troubleshooting and diagnostics for network and service issues.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external departments to resolve technical problems.
• Manage order processing, delivery, and cancellations using defined workflows and tools.
• Communicate effectively with:
• End customers via phone, hotline, and email.
• Client service managers and operations teams.
• Internal and external suppliers and carriers.
• Coordinate and provide remote support for field service teams during installations and troubleshooting.
• Ensure timely ticket handling in accordance with SLAs and internal processes.
• Maintain high-quality documentation and ticket records as per work instructions.
• Handle incident escalation and prioritization.
• Participate in 24/7 shift rotations, including coverage during holidays and off-hours as needed.

Responsibilities:

• Proficiency in German (minimum B2 level) and strong English communication skills.
• Willingness to work in a 24/7 shift environment.
• Initial experience in customer support (phone, email, ticketing systems).
• Background in telecommunications and business customer services is a plus.
• Understanding of fixed network technologies (DSL, VDSL, Ethernet, VPN).
• Familiarity with Cisco and OneAccess CPE is desirable.
• Experience with ticket-based systems.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
• Strong troubleshooting mindset with a proactive attitude.
• Excellent communication, analytical thinking, and initiative.
