As a member of the Procurement team within Carrefour, the Non-Commercial Procurement Specialist will play a key role in managing suppliers and optimizing the acquisition of consumables, equipment, fit-out works, and various services across stores, warehouses, and the head office.

This role requires strong negotiation skills, market awareness, and analytical thinking to ensure the company achieves the best quality-to-cost ratio in all procurement activities. You will directly contribute to cost efficiency by identifying new suppliers, monitoring market trends, and supporting strategic decision-making through accurate reporting and structured analysis.

Key Responsibilities:

• Continuously identify new suppliers for consumables, equipment, fit-out works, and services, staying up to date with market price trends to secure optimal quality-to-cost conditions.
• Prepare tender documentation (RFPs) for electronic auctions related to non-commercial procurement categories.
• Deliver monthly reports and dashboards on service and consumable usage (unit and value) across hypermarkets, supermarkets, warehouses, and head office, and submit them to the Non-Commercial Services Manager for cost visibility.
• Negotiate annual contracts with suppliers to secure the most advantageous commercial terms.
• Prepare profitability reports after each negotiation or renegotiation, highlighting the savings and advantages obtained, and share them with the direct manager and CFO to support financial analyses.

What we’re looking for

• Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Economics, Business Administration, or Technical fields.
• 2–4 years of experience in procurement, supply chain, or contract management (experience in IT services is a plus).
• Strong financial analysis and reporting skills (Excel, PowerPoint).
• Proficiency in English (spoken and written).
• Analytical mindset with strong attention to detail, while also being able to see the bigger picture.
