Are you ready to shape the future of home appliances through smart, sustainable manufacturing?
As an NPI Engineer at our Versuni Orăștie site, you’ll be at the heart of bringing innovative products to life—from concept to production. You’ll lead industrialization projects that ensure our products are delivered efficiently, cost-effectively, and with uncompromising quality. You’ll define short-term product introduction strategies aligned with our broader industrial goals, and collaborate across teams to make it all happen.
You’ll be joining a dynamic New Product Introduction team that thrives on cross-functional collaboration. Together, we manage material acquisition, optimize inventory, and drive transformation and innovation across our operations. You may also contribute to product maintenance initiatives, working in focused task forces that keep our portfolio sharp and competitive.

The Impact You’ll Make

• Drive product industrialization by organizing and managing programs, projects, and goals with clear metrics and robust operational and investment plans.
• Optimize manufacturing costs and production processes to boost overall operational efficiency.
• Safeguard compliance with environmental regulations and quality standards for all new products and processes.
• Validate processes and ensure all products meet regulatory requirements before launch.
• Strengthen collaboration with suppliers, project teams, and stakeholders to ensure smooth industrialization during product development.
• Maintain proactive communication with quality, maintenance, and supplier teams to resolve issues and continuously improve processes.
• Champion initiatives that enhance manufacturing methods, reduce costs, and elevate product reliability and quality.
• Deliver clear, comprehensive project documentation—timelines, budgets, technical specs—and keep senior management informed.
  

The Skills And Knowledge You’ll Bring

• A bachelor’s degree in manufacturing engineering or materials technology.
• At least 3 years of experience in a similar manufacturing role, ideally within an international company.
• Deep understanding of product introduction processes and engineering principles.
• Proven experience implementing new systems and processes.
• Strong analytical skills to support Finance, Research & Development, and Purchasing teams with data-driven insights.
• Excellent managerial and stress management skills, with the ability to balance diverse stakeholder needs.
• A sharp eye for identifying performance improvement opportunities.
• Confidence in assessing and managing risks effectively.
• Familiarity with cross-functional collaboration for successful product introductions.
• Basic knowledge of manufacturing engineering and injection molding processes.
• Awareness of environmental, safety, and quality regulations.
• Fluency in Romanian and English, both spoken and written.
