A Snapshot of Your DayAs an Offer Coordinator, you will take responsibility for the entire process of offer preparation – from evaluating customer tenders to creating calculations and finalizing the complete offer. In this role, you will support the bid management team at the plant in their daily routine, thereby contributing to the timely and efficient submission of our offers to customers.How You’ll Make An ImpactCreate competitive, accurate, and timely calculations and offers for power transformers in response to customer tenders.Manage the end-to-end offer preparation process, from initial evaluation of customer tenders to the finalization of complete offer documents.Handle ongoing updates and revisions of submitted offers based on customer feedback or changing project requirements.Analyze and translate customer specifications into clear technical requirements for offer engineering and calculation.Review and provide commentary on customer contract clauses, terms, and conditions to identify risks and ensure alignment with company policies.Clarify technical and commercial questions by coordinating with the internal Siemens Energy Sales Organization and technical experts.Collaborate closely with colleagues within the European plant cluster to ensure consistency and leverage shared knowledge.Close collaborate with internal Engineering and Planning Team.What You BringBachelor's degree in electrical engineering, ideally with a focus on high voltage systems & transformersInitial experience in sales, preferably in the transformer or energy plant businessKnowledge of commercial and contractual topicsCustomer-oriented and goal-oriented working styleOpenness to other cultures and willingness to travelExcellent English and fluent German language skillsStrong communication skills and good time managementAbout The TeamOur Grid Technology division enables a reliable, sustainable, and digital grid.
