Our new colleague should:
- Prepare invoices and other logistics papers for the received orders
- Obtain UIT codes for transportation
- Help preparing banners / posts & materials with the agencies for the various clients
- Support for various logistics tasks
- Monthly reporting: check clients’ reports, help with preparing documents for the accountancy department, report imported goods
- Send monthly materials to colleagues in the field; create awb / confirm with warehouse if necessary.
